Life in the Hell-hole (aka Ciudad del Saber)

M'kay, so things are improving. I've been hanging out with people who don't live in the dorms. This is nice because I actually can escape Hellhole.

La Casona, where I went Saturday night, was a chill place but I'd definitely not go back. I like upbeat music and there wasn't that much of that there. Actually, there was none. Still a cool place though.

I have yet to look through the Porifera chapter for Bio Lab which I have at 1. It is now 10 past 11. Typical Pallavi move.

Que mas? Going to the circus tonight! Gettin' myself some cotton candyyyy. That's all I really want right now. Cotton candy, churros, and of course, funnel cakes. Some Taco Bell and Dr. Pepper would be nice...

Still chemfused. Still not ready for this "quiz" that we are supposed to have tomorrow. Vasquez vs. Pallavi... :/

Final Semester in Panama

I'm almost done with Panama. Mixed feelings on this. I think I'm at what... 78 more days to go?

Ciudad del Saber is not my friend. Not at all. I'm not a fan of Clayton. Let that be known. I feel like I'm in the middle of nowhere. It's getting slightly better with time but nothing compares to the Bridge. :/

In other news, I have the whole house to myself right now. Housemates are all out for the weekend. My room is a pigstye. Am I going to clean it? Prolly...not.

Going out to La Casona tonight with the 3 Ss. Dos Stephanies y un Sarah. Here's to hoping the place is chill...

Que mas? I dunno. I need to start eating healthier and running. Maybe take up swimming since we have that Olympic sized pool here. We'll see.

Classes are...boring as usual. Bio professor is not cool with me going on the IP trips. Major suckage. Karma is a bitch.

I really need to clean my room... :/

2009!?

M'kay. Soo, I kinda forgot about this. Whaa?? Honesty is a good thing...right?

So a lot has happened since my last post. I've still been journaling, just...in notebooks.

There's no way I can even begin to recall all the crazy things that have happened since May of 2008. I'll try my best to just...blog more often on this from now on.

I'll try to recap the last month; that's a start, right?

Tia. my housemate, and I got mugged in a taxi. I lost everything I had in my purse; including my wallet. So now that I'm home for break, in California, I'm trying to get everything replaced. Credit cards, IDs (license!), etc. It's be a nightmare of a process, but I've covered a lot of ground thus far.

I'm going skiing for the first time ever this Friday. I can't wait, it should be interesting. I'm preparing myself to fall flat on my face. Over and over again. :)

The parental units found a perfect house. House hunting miiight have come to an end. We'll find out tomorrow, hopefully...

Oh, and I'm studying abroad in Panama. I have been, actually, for the past 6 months. Damn... I shoulda kept up with this.

You know what? I'm all discouraged now. I'll try again soon. Promise.
